My Coaching Difference

I’ve held leadership roles across multiple publications, built and run small businesses, and spent years working in finance for one of the country’s top financial institutions. Bringing those decades of business experience together with intuition and deeper insight is where this work becomes especially meaningful to me.

This work is designed for entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and deeply intuitive people who are ready to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment — whether in business, relationships, leadership, creative work, or life direction.

Before stepping professionally into mediumship and intuitive work, I built a career in publishing, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, leadership, and creative business. My background includes overseeing organizational turnarounds, leading award-winning publications, building and selling businesses, managing teams, working with high-net-worth clients, and helping organizations grow through strategic and creative transformation.

My coaching approach blends that real-world experience with intuitive insight, helping you not only identify practical next steps, but also recognize the deeper patterns, fears, blind spots, and internal conflicts that may be affecting your ability to move forward.
 

What Coaching Is

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, navigate obstacles, and move toward meaningful goals with greater intention and confidence.

Rather than telling you who to be or what decisions to make, my role is to help you think more clearly, see yourself more honestly, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you as you move forward in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and sustainable.

Because I also work intuitively, our sessions may include deeper insight, energetic patterns, intuitive reflection, or perspectives that can be difficult to access through logic alone. My goal is not to create dependency, but to help you build a stronger relationship with your own discernment, intuition, and decision-making.

The Coaching Experience Includes

• Six private one-on-one Zoom sessions

• Personalized support and guidance throughout the process

• Voice note and text support between sessions (Monday–Thursday)

• Reflective exercises, intuitive tools, and practical strategies where helpful

• A grounded, supportive space for honest conversation, clarity, accountability, and growth
